Free Bill of Materials Review

Syrma SGS Technology's team will quickly review your Bill of Materials (BOM) and tell you how to reduce your expected production costs, so that you use the right price point for your products, free of charge. We’ll tell you which items need to be included on your BOM, such as part numbers, along with cost-saving tips, like using your BOM to prevent ordering duplicate parts, etc. While your BOM will vary based on the specific industry or product, it’ll usually cover the same basic data about each part or component needed to create the product.

For some projects, a simplified version may be appropriate, but to be safe, you’ll want to account for the following: name of the final product, name of the part or component, the number for each part or component, part or component function descriptions, list of unit quantities for each part, the appropriate metric for each part, supplier names and contact data, cost per unit of each part or component, the total cost of each component, etc.

Your Manufacturing Partner

Over the years, we’ve cultivated an extensive supply ecosystem to keep our material costs as low as possible. Since we manufacture in India with minimal reliance on costly additional imports, we offer distinct advantages in lead time, quality, and production flexibility within the cost-conscious objectives of our clients. We’re uniquely positioned to assist global OEMs in capitalizing on opportunities presented by India’s expanding domestic market. We’ve identified strategic locations to develop and bring online world-class infrastructure in dedicated, co-developed SEZs. These SEZs and IT parks are designed to offer our own facilities, along with infrastructure provided by our partners to ensure time to market.
